WARRANTY INFORMATION

SKYFUZE™ products purchased in the United States are warrantied for up to 3 years against manufacturer defects in workmanship or materials, subject to certain limitations. Please refer to the Limited Warranty below for further details.

WARRANTY PERIOD

Any new SKYFUZE™ LED Balloon Light purchased from SKYFUZE™ in the United States will be warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of up to three (3) years from the original date of purchase:

• Three (3) years for private, non-commercial use
• One (1) year for commercial or rental use/applications

WARRANTY PROCESS

SKYFUZE™ will, at its discretion, repair or replace any part judged defective by SKYFUZE™ due to faulty workmanship or material from the factory. Parts used in warranty repairs will be warranted for the balance of the product’s warranty period.

Failures arising as a result of owner damage, misuse, modification, wear and tear, improper care and maintenance, or acts of god are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty is limited to the original buyer only and is not transferable to any subsequent owner of a SKYFUZE™ product.
